The world has shrunk like no one ever imagined. The geographical boundaries are mere lines that stay only on a map. The world is now a seamless place where different people and cultures meet as equals. And that holds high the concept of internationalism. We at DCM Presidency have endeavoured to make our students ‘International ready’. This does not just means giving them a platform to go beyond boundaries, but also giving them an‘international mindedness’ and exposing them to modernization more than westernization and thus raising responsible young adults with a global outlook. DCM Presidency School will in the future look into national and international student and teacher exchange programmes, International summits, online projects and study tours. We let students observe, question, explore and learn. Such programmes increase knowledge, engender cross-cultural understanding and attain deeper appreciation of each other’s culture and also build life-long friendships.
